  • "The FullyYou experience was such a wonderful, life-trajectory-altering experience.

It was exactly what I needed it to be, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this group. Not only am I walking into my next chapter with a deeper connection with myself, but with an exciting curiosity to continue to explore."

  • "I have noticed that I am calling myself into awareness

of my overall "state" more often. I feel more confident and safe approaching practices that previously felt very edgy to me such as meditation."

  • "Just true alignment to my deeper self.

I've had some really powerful meditations/moments with myself facilitated by you and after each session. I've had a clear message of a way to make my life more aligned with my intentions (peace, ease, and strength)."

  • "I find that I am more aware

of how others might interpret or experience things compared to myself. I also find that I am less quick to judge others. And I have been implementing so much more self-love speak and mindfulness."

  • "There are not many opportunities other than FullyYou

that provide the space to connect with yourself in a way that allows you to share perspective, learning more about your individuality through others and shared experiences. I am grateful for everyone’s perspective in the group and how it’s made me begin to grow through challenges."

  • “For starters, I have been ~noticing~

I notice the quality of my breath, that I have been going through life NOT breathing into my belly.

I have been practicing breathing slowly and fully. I have been more mindful of my breathing and will focus on my breath when walking, driving, when I'm stressed/anxious, or when I'm at rest.

I notice sensations in my body and trust that they are sharing valuable messages, whether I'm ready to hear them or not— at least i am noticing them now.”

  • "I have been showing up differently in conversations—

allowing feelings to just be, breathing into them, and being more curious about what shows up. I am learning more about who I really am and getting more comfortable with expressing myself more authentically, without the need for approval from others. I feel eager to continue to connect with others who are also working toward understanding themselves deeply.”

  • "In my private therapy sessions, we often discuss needing to practice behaviors I want to become natural for me in my life.

This group gave me countless opportunities where I got to practice sharing, existing in a group while feeling/emoting/trying new things, listening actively, giving space for others, and validating my own + others feelings/experiences. It would have taken years in my more private life to get the same amount of opportunities where I felt safe to practice these new behaviors.”

  • "I have picked up things from others in the group and Gia that have altered how I view myself and my practices.

Giving myself grace, feeling neutral instead of beating myself up, understanding that not all scenarios need immediate grounding, and experimenting with new practices. The somatic practices are now part of my daily experience and will continue to help me in my journey.”

  • "I would highly recommend this group to friends

who are currently exploring their own growth through private therapy. This group gives you the space to show up as your current self and practice in areas of sharing, being vulnerable, feeling emotions in a group setting, etc.”

  • "I breathe more. I stay in the present more.

I don't react as much or with so much anger or negativity. I am more patient with self and with others. I am taking the time to see how I can change some of my habits to support my physical health, which in turn will help my psychological and emotional health too. I'm starting to take a look at my life and where I can create time and space to commit to myself.”

  • "This was my first time doing group therapy,

and I love that even though we shared some things about ourselves that were really difficult to manage, we were still able to come back to a place of SELF and create that space to honor our parts and have compassion for our SELF and one another. We found a way to connect in our shared experiences and deepen that bond.”
